Here's why conquering procrastination is so important:
Did you know that being able to select your most important task at any given moment, starting, and completing it quickly and well, will probably have a greater impact on your success than any other quality or skill you can develop?
If you nurture the habit of setting clear priorities and getting important tasks finished, the majority of your challenging issues will simply fade away. Moving forward with certainty will become a reality in your daily work life!
You don't have to get it perfect, you just have to get it going. Marie Forleo

Not everything that you face each day is 'important.' It may seem 'urgent' but you should not spend your time on.
Here are 7 ways conquer procrastination. Using these 7 strategies will help you decide if the task at hand warrants your time, and what you can do with it if it doesn't.
1# Delete it. Think carefully about what the consequences of not doing the task at all? Maybe this task is one that doesn’t need to be done in the first place!
2# Delegate. If the task is important, ask yourself if it’s really something that you are responsible for doing, is it part of your responsibilities? Can the task be given to someone else?
3# Chop it up. Break large tasks into milestones, and then into actionable steps. Huge things don’t look as big when you break it down as small as you can.
4# Obey the 15 minute rule. To reduce the temptation of procrastination, each actionable step on a task should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
5# Remove distractions. As much as you can establish a positive working environment that is conducive to getting your work done. Remove any distractions that take away from your determination to move forward.
6# Give yourself a reward. Celebrate your accomplishments. This will provide positive reinforcement and motivate you toward your ultimate vision.
7# Ask for advice. Asking for help from a results coach, or trusted friend can give you meaningful insight on how to move forward towards your ultimate success.
